As I drove past them they look very innocent, just as you would expect a four year old. But the sagging pants tell you the environment is beginning to taking its toll on him. What does he know about sagging pants? Of course nothing at this age but even mama has forgotten that one is what he wears and dressed them dressed Brian that way. Brian possibly sees it as the proper way to dress since Uncle T and other young men around him usually dress that way.
